I never thought I'd make a tune like this. It was humbling, cathartic, and even a little bit scary (especially recording vocals) - but struggles create magic.

This song is about change. It's about not being able to to predict change, or stop the pain that can follow. We control the decisions we make but not much else - and the waterfall is always there. We can try our best to be present but when you're floating down the river, you never really see it coming.

A waterfall represents the negative and positive aspects of change - the chaos and the growth. Waterfalls are dangerous and unpredictable, but also beautiful and purifying. All we can do is let them wash over us, and take another step forward.
